Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following

- Name, company name, country, email address, phone number
- Information you provide in the inquiry form or in correspondence
(e.g. project description, technical requirements)
- Any other information you choose to share
**b. Data collected automatically when you visit the website**
- IP address (anonymised where applicable)
- Browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed,
time spent, click events
- Device and screen-size information
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7 below)
We do not knowingly collect or process special categories of
personal data (e.g. health, religion, ethnicity) through this

## 4. Recipients and processors

following categories of recipients, on a need-to-know basis:
- **Hosting and website provider:** Wix.com Ltd. (Israel / EU);
acts as a data processor under standard contractual safeguards.
- **Analytics provider:** Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC,
for Google Analytics (only with your cookie consent).
- **Email and communications providers:** standard email service
providers used by INNCGROUP for business correspondence.
- **Professional advisors:** legal, accounting, and audit
professionals where legally required.
- **Public authorities:** where required by law (e.g. tax,
regulatory).
We do not transfer your data to commercial third parties for
their own marketing purposes.

## 5. International transfers
Some of our processors may store or process data outside the
European Economic Area (e.g. Wix infrastructure, Google
Analytics). Such transfers take place only on the basis of:
- Adequacy decisions of the European Commission, or
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European
Commission, or
- Other safeguards permitted under Articles 44–49 GDPR.

## 6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the
purposes for which it was collected:
- **Contact-form inquiries:** up to 24 months after the last
meaningful interaction, then deleted unless a business
relationship has been established.
- **Active business correspondence:** for the duration of the
business relationship and for the legally required retention
periods thereafter (typically 10 years for accounting documents
under Slovak law).
- **Website analytics data:** in aggregated / anonymised form
for up to 26 months.
- **Newsletter consent:** until you unsubscribe.

lawfulness of prior processing.

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at
persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to
protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration,
disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit (HTTPS),
access controls, and provider-level security measures.
No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100%
secure. We will notify you and the competent supervisory authority
of any personal-data breach where required by Article 33 and 34
GDPR.
